"Before joining the team at Diatech in 2013, I was using diamond equipment for years. After joining Diatech, I was made responsible for the testing, development and analysis of all diamond blades and cores. Then I recently started looking after customers in Scotland to make sure they are cutting with the right blade, depending on where they are in the country, making sure all customers are getting the very best service from my experience within the industry, with a "no quibble" guarantee, till I get it right for them."
Looks after customers in Central London, South East England, Midlands and North West England.
"I have been with team Diatech for over 10 years and have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience within the building and civil engineering industries. Our external and internal customers are Diatech's most valuable assets and I strive to satisfy the needs of my clients and provide cost-saving solutions to problems, as and when they arise."
Since joining the team in August, I find that dealing with customers on a day to day basis and providing support to the sales team is a rewarding and satisfying experience. It's very motivating to be part of this dymanic and varied team :).
"I've come right through the company since leaving school, and have a real passion for the success of the company and its customers. I love my job and as an assistant to Jeremy, my role is very varied. One thing we focus on as a company is ensuring our customer gets the best service possible."
"Being purchasing manager and having recently joined the company, I am very impressed with the team's level of knowledge and professional attitude to customer care which is also applied throughout our supply chain."
"My aim is to have the warehouse working so smoothly that we are able to get orders out OTIF (On time in full) whilst running consistently with an accuracy rating in excess of 99%, to uphold our sparkling customer service.
We are constantly focusing on the 5 'S' theories of lean management.
I love it!"
"I joined Diatech, straight from school in May 2017, as an apprentice. Diatech is a great place to work, and to learn about the diamond and abrasive part of the construction industry. I'm getting great training from Paul and Danny, in fact I'm loving it!"
