We are delighted to be expanding our team with the appointment of Peter Waggott as our new Sales Manager. Peter will be instrumental in developing our UK sales team, both within Scotland but also in the South East of England, to help us deliver on our ambitious sales targets.
Peter has extensive experience in sales, with over 25 years of global experience working with companies such as Continental Tire, Woodall Nicolson, Michelin and EMCC UK. Peter also runs a very successful training and coaching business, specialising in University of Aberdeen recognised sales and management training programmes. He is an Executive Fellow at the University of Aberdeen’s business school and works with under graduates and graduates at both the University’s Aberdeen and Qatar campuses. Peter also has a practitioner diploma in executive coaching with The Academy of Executive Coaching.
For four years he worked in Canada as business development manager at Wakefield Canada Inc, where he transformed the sales strategy and helped to deliver a 37% increase in profitability for the company between 2010 and 2013.
Peter’s focus will initially be on developing a sales strategy for Diatech and a dedicated sales team in the south east of England, the market in which we see most growth potential for our products.
